I need to withdraw a refund..but I don't know how to do it
Hi, I received the item from the seller... with missing parts.. I asked for a refund... then I made an agreement with the seller and he asked me to close the return and they will proceed to send me the missing rest.. but how do you close a refund?

the refund doesn’t close or open...
You can close the return request... but pay the utmost attention, because you won’t be able to open another one... honestly I’d tell the seller to solve the problem, then you’ll close the return:
