I'm waiting for a package shipped with DHL from the United States. The tracking shows that, after arriving in Vercelli, it was sent to Holland! And it shows the wording " Arrived in the destination country ".
Should I consider it lost?

Mentore5 months agoI would wait another week; generally, the Netherlands is the point of entry and customs for goods arriving in the EU. The transfer to Vercelli could just be a tracking error.
