DHL didn't deliver my package but eBay says the dispute is closed | Questions and answers among users

I ordered some music CDs from Germany and they were shipped with DHL.DHL not only did not notify me of the delivery, but left no message at my home. The package was taken to a depot without notifying me of anything.Given the delay, I spent several days trying to figure out where it had been left because the tracking showed me the town but not the address and, when I managed to contact the Post Office depot, I found out that the package had been sent back to Germany.I opened a dispute with eBay and wrote to the seller. The seller does not respond, eBay closed the dispute because according to them DHL came to my city.In conclusion I should get back 85 euros or the goods I ordered but no one is answering me, what can I do?
