Free export declaration
Good evening, I sold a PS4 abroad, specifically in Greece.
After choosing the courier, I am asked for the category of the item and set it to "Electronics". So I go ahead and pay for the shipping label, and they give me this Declaration to fill out, plus what I believe is a label with the wording "Clothing" next to the weight and the customs tariff code.
So I canceled the shipment, and started everything over from scratch. Unfortunately, though, the result doesn't change, my item's category changes and goes from "Electronics" to "Clothing". What can I do?

Mentore3 years agoCustoms duties and the item category are only needed for exports to non-EU countries. In any case, this is a known bug with the post office. So you can ship it like that or edit the label by adding the category description and the correct code (you can find the code online on taric).
