Ten euros on deposit

I have almost ten euros from a refund for an eBay sale. It’s not a fortune, but on principle it annoys me to leave them there.
They stay with eBay until I register. I can’t register because I have to go through the banking app first. The bank app asks me for an account holder code that I didn’t even know I was supposed to have.
It’s probably in the contract, which I can’t find because of the move.
And that’s why I hate online marketplaces. I hate them fiercely. I mean, according to eBay I’m supposed to go to the bank before the end of the year, ask for a copy of the contract, or get some details changed for me.
For not even ten euros.
It’s a joke. A farce. They kick me out and they’re right.
It’s not the first time I’ve found myself in a similar situation. Another time, I had to scan my tax code and paper ID card for eBay, about twenty times. And it was useless. Because it didn’t recognize them.
I must still have another fifteen euros floating around the web, tied to my Satispay account. Which I closed for similar reasons.
In other words, I’m not selling anything in here anymore. And I probably won’t even be able to buy, because paying with other systems is considered a personal favor, or even an action against the rules.

There are regulations, and eBay had to comply.
