Good evening, I found a defect in my seller account as "sold out", but that's not the case.We shipped it properly, but unfortunately it happened that the courier did not register the package and it got lost. We refunded the customer properly, but eBay considers this as "sold out". On top of that, this kind of defect creates significant problems for eBay's metrics and lowers our score. Has this ever happened to anyone? How can we resolve it?
