defect caused by eBay
Return request from the buyer. I got a message saying ''delivered'' but the delivery was made back to the buyer. I call eBay and the person at the call center says . ''you're right, wait for an email from eBay after the checks''. The email never arrives and I end up with the defect ''transaction closed without resolution by the seller''. They tell me it's an IRREMOVABLE defect. Since the buyer tried to scam me into keeping the item, as he filled out the wrong payment slip to have it sent back to him and also refused to show the slip, it's clear it was a premeditated scam. After this episode, sales stopped. Do you think one defect affects the performance of Top Reliability, or is it a ''summer'' issue when sales drop because people are on vacation? Thanks to anyone who wants to answer me!

unfortunately the defect greatly affects visibility... especially at this time when sales are already low.
This happened to me too, they didn't want to know about it.

OP2 years agoThanks for your reply! So sales have dropped because of this.... Can you tell me how long I can expect to wait for a recovery? I hope not after 1 year when the defect expires...!
Does this defect still apply even if I remain top reliability and does it affect algorithm visibility? I mean, does it stop recommending me or how does it work? What solution do I have to restore sales? (the performance as top reliability is still valid)
