Product defects and warranty
Good morning, 18 months ago I bought a mixer from a Chinese supplier for 60 euros and although I washed it with extreme care and ultra-gentle products, the chrome plating has peeled off! The supplier I wrote to has disappeared. Is there a warranty within the 24-month period?

Mentore3 years agoThe 24-month legal warranty is established by EU consumer codes and is owed by all sellers with a registered office in an EU country.
For the Chinese seller, Chinese laws apply (in distance sales the transaction is considered to take place at the seller's registered office), so I presume that there is no warranty.
