difficulty making a sales proposal
hello, this is my first listing as a seller. I received a very low offer and I rejected the offer via message. I'd like to make an offer to the potential buyer with an amount of my choosing but, but I don't know how to do it. can someone help me? thanks

your only listing... if we're talking about this account... does not allow sending offers, so it's not possible that they sent you an official offer and therefore you can't make counteroffers.
