Difficulty with refund
I requested a refund for the last item I ordered because it’s wrong, but the procedure gets stuck at the buy label step
I contacted the seller several times but didn’t receive a reply
what can I do

Mentore3 years agoApparently you have to buy the label yourself... there's no point contacting the seller... if you made the purchasing mistake, the return is your responsibility.
