Difficulty with a seller
Good morning, on December 18 I placed an order for a perfume, the shipment still hasn’t been made….
I have already contacted the seller twice with no response, and it’s not easy because he’s German…..
of course I translated the messages into German.
What can I do?

Mentore2 years agoMaybe you just need to wait.
Check in the listing what was indicated for: packaging time and estimated delivery date.
If the seller doesn’t respond and you don’t receive your item, you’ll have to wait for the delivery deadline to expire and then you can ask ebay to step in.
