difficulty reaching E-Bay by phone

Good morning, every time I ask to be contacted by phone by E-Bay, I am told by email that they were unable to reach me because the call is diverted to voicemail. According to their theory, the phone may have some setting that sends calls to a blacklist. That doesn't seem to be the case, since I receive lots of calls from many call centers, which are really annoying, as is well known. It's possible that I accidentally put E-Bay's number on the blacklist, but not knowing the number from which E-Bay calls me, I wouldn't even be able to retrieve that number and possibly remove this protection. Unfortunately, E-bay does not have a chat or email for communication (this is a big limitation, because in such situations you are left isolated when you need help). Thank you to anyone who replies.
