difficulty paying for a purchase
For some days now I’ve been trying to buy an item but when it comes time to pay, after regularly choosing the payment method, it says “add a new card”. I don’t have any other cards and I have always purchased successfully before. I went to the post office to see why I wasn’t allowed to pay and the clerk, after checking, told me that there is no impediment to paying for purchases. So what should I do since I only have one credit card?
