difficulty canceling a sale
hello,
a buyer made me an offer that I accepted, but then they never showed up again and didn’t pay. even though I sent an invoice and more than 4 days have passed, I can’t cancel the sale because ebay doesn’t give me the option of “item not paid for.” Does anyone have any idea why this is and what I could do? thanks a lot
