Disable automatic email translation
Hello, is it possible to permanently disable automatic translation of the emails I receive from sellers?
I want them in their original language and THAT'S IT!

Mentore1 year agoIt probably depends on your settings; mine arrive in the original language and every time I have to ask for the translation if needed.

OP1 year agoHi, sorry, which settings are you referring to? In Ebay? outside Ebay?
Other sites are not translated (I have disabled any browser-level translation), translation only happens inside the Ebay portal but... for heaven's sake, I prefer to read them in the original language... certain terms get translated in a way that completely distorts the meaning...

Mentore1 year agoJust click at the bottom of the message to switch between the original message and the translation.

Mentore1 year agoOther messages arrive only in the original language without the "button" to translate them, there’s only one day between the two messages so I don’t think it depends on a change by eBay.
