Hello, I sold an item but the buyer wanted a refund so I did it. Now they don't want to send the package back and I already issued the refund too, what can I do?

if you issue a refund every time someone simply asks for one, you won't get very far... they probably accused you of selling non-original shoes and you panicked... so there's nothing you can do, first you should have gotten your item back, then refunded it!
