Question
Hello, I made a purchase but I ordered the wrong product. Despite my reports to the seller to stop the shipment or change the product, nothing happened, so how should I proceed? Thanks!!

Mentore3 years agoThe seller is under no obligation to cancel the transaction and cannot change the item you ordered by sending a different one.
