Hello, on July 24 an item was bought from me on eBay and right after that I received a request to verify my bank account. I started the process but it failed twice (the money was supposed to arrive in the account on August 8). So I decided to cancel the sale (July 25) and refund the user, and after a few minutes I received the email that said:-

You refunded the buyer for the cancelled order. We notified him, everything is sorted out! | You don't need to do anything else, everything is sorted out.:- . After that I contact the user to ask him to let me know when the refund arrives so I can relist the item on another site, and he tells me the money will arrive in 3-5 business days. Today is July 31 and I tried again to contact him for information but he isn't replying. My question is: How can I be sure that he has received the money? I'm asking because I have another user who is waiting to buy the item, but I wanted to make sure the refund money had arrived. |
