Refund request
Hello, I recently received an email from eBay saying that an item I bought last year has been recalled because it is dangerous. But could I ask for a refund for this reason?

Mentore9 months agoIf the seller is a professional seller with legal headquarters in an EU state, this is a product non-conformity and so he has to refund you. But you’ll have to sort it out directly with the seller.
If the seller was a private individual or a non-EU shop, you’ll have to just throw it away.
