Shipping Question
...Hi, if someone could give me an answer because I don't understand...I placed and paid for an order right away on 08/03/2022 and also received the tracking number, but checking on the site it says that not only will it not arrive today, but even that the shipment has been canceled, as per the attached screenshot...Can you tell me anything?...Thanks in advance anyway...

Mentore3 years agoIt seems that the package was not picked up by the carrier Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier and that now the seller has cancelled the shipment. Ask them what they intend to do: whether to cancel the sale (and refund you) or whether they want to make a new shipment.

Mentore3 years agoA decision that has to be yours.
Keep in mind that eBay protection only applies for 30 days from the expiration of the first delivery date (it’s true that then you have PayPal or credit card protection). On the other hand, if you get a refund, you’ll probably lose the VAT and definitely the exchange fees on the payment and refund (you have to convert euros to dollars and then dollars to euros).
