Shipping question
Hello! I sold an item that I can’t ship within the indicated time. Unfortunately I forgot to select, before the sale, the packaging time.. I need at least 7 days to create the sold item! But eBay’s system tells me to ship by today… is there a way to change the shipping date after the purchase? What could I do? Thanks

Mentore1 year agoNo... if you ship late and enter the tracking number, you will automatically receive a defect on your performance, with a consequent penalty on search results.
Be careful about selling brand-new items in quantity with a private account... that’s what merchants do!

Mentore1 year agoI wrote it between the lines... "if you ship late and enter the tracking"... to avoid the automatic defect you can avoid entering the tracking, but if the buyer opens a report against you for item not received or flags the delay in their feedback, you’re out of luck.

OP1 year agoSo I think I’ll cancel the transaction and make another one with different packing times. I wrote to the buyer and they’re okay with it.. Thanks for the advice
