Question about shipping address
Good morning, I'm new and I wanted to ask a question.. unfortunately I placed an order with the correct address but instead of the surname "torresani" as written on the intercom I accidentally put "torres". After realizing it I put a sign on the mailbox/intercom with (torres/torresani) do you think that way I solved the problem? Thanks to anyone who replies to me 🙂

OP3 years agoFortunately there were no problems with the courier. Package arrived (and early too 🙂 ) ebay is a great platform.

OP3 years agoThanks for the reply. One last question, still regarding this problem: do the Poste Italiane couriers, when delivering products, rely on the surname written on the intercom to see if it matches the right package?

OP3 years agoAnyway, on my credit card it says my full first and last name, is it possible that they can use the last name on the card as a reference to put any package in the correct mailbox? Thanks

Mentore3 years agoThe seller has no way to see your card, the payment goes through eBay.
The shipping address is the one you registered on your eBay account.
