Question about sold item and description
Good morning, I am a non-professional seller, all positive feedback and never a problem. I sold a phone with receipt in like-new condition and attached invoice.
The description reads exactly
OnePlus nord 2 Pac Man edition 5g dual sim , 12gb ram 256 rom under warranty purchased March 24, 2024 with attached invoice( for future warranty )

Visually perfect, no defects, scratches or issues, original factory screen protector still intact.
Included accessories: a charger, a charging cable, original anniversary packaging.
Includes 1 original Pacman edition cover (never used) impossible to find
Everything as described except for the fact that I sent a non-original power adapter and cable (new, tested and working) because I no longer have the original ones. Return not allowed per listing
The buyer opened a dispute for item not as described because the charger is not original.

Mentore2 years agoUnfortunately, the description suggests a new product with all the components one would expect to find in the original packaging.
I’d say the buyer is right.
I’d recommend setting up a return at your expense right away or offering a partial refund.
