Question about returning an item
I ordered a book and it arrived with no visible marks on the outside, but unfortunately with a very strong smell that I honestly wasn’t expecting (musty or moldy, I’m not really sure). It wasn’t mentioned in the listing, obviously. Do you think I could start a return request, or wouldn’t this be covered by eBay’s buyer protection? Thanks to anyone who replies
