Good morning, on December 25 I purchased this item Order details | eBay but the seller writes this to me:
Hi, good morning. I was away for a few days from December 25 until yesterday when I arrived. I tried to send it but it doesn't give me the shipping code. I don't know if it's because 7 days have passed?
he recommends that I cancel and buy it again to fix it. He attached these images. What should I tell him?

that you can't cancel anything, only the seller can do that.
