Question about a delivery
Why, for a product, if I check the shipping it says delivered, but if I click on order details it still says processing? Do I have to go pick it up at the pickup point or not? Why, since it's not marked as ready, it doesn't even give me the pickup code, but the shipping says delivered.

Mentore1 year agoThe pickup code eCP should already have been sent to you when the order was confirmed.
You can also have the seller resend it to you.
Try contacting the pickup point and ask if something has arrived for you.
