Kindly, I would like to know why on the envelope of my purchase my details are correct but the mobile phone is not mine and on the envelope it said that they took it around because they couldn't reach me

have you correctly entered your phone number among the contact information?
If you haven't entered it, the seller needs a phone number to give to the courier... most likely he will have provided his...
