Question about returns
Unfortunately, I recently ordered a product that, sadly, once it arrived, did not match the description. The seller also acknowledged the mistake he made, and when I asked for a return, he asked me to pay for the two return shipping costs, which, with all due respect, I find ridiculous as a request. For an error on his part, I have no intention of spending a single euro more. How can I resolve the issue given that he keeps insisting on making me pay for the shipping?

Mentore3 years agoIt is enough to open a return request for an item not as described:
Return an item in exchange for a refund | eBay
If the seller stubbornly refuses to pay the return shipping costs, once the technical time limit has passed, ask eBay to intervene.
