Question about the shipping status of an item

Hi everyone, honestly I have a question.. basically I placed an order and the seller told me it was shipped today.. but on the order status it still doesn’t show that it has been shipped, my order still shows as paid.. do you know why the status of my order isn’t being updated?.. if the seller shipped it today it should say shipped.. can you clear this up for me? Thanks in advance

If the seller entered the code correctly in the system, if the package has been picked up by the courier, if the courier entered the code in its tracking system……. You’ll also see it in your order status.
