Good evening! Please, is there a phone number I can contact urgently? This afternoon I ordered a small Electrolux dishwasher and a bamboo wooden cart. I read that if the order exceeds 50 euros, you are entitled to an additional 5% discount. I’m not sure whether I should have done something or whether the thing is automatic. eBay support can’t help you in these cases... if delivery to the floor is included, you need to ask the seller directly or check what you purchased, remember that delivery to the floor always has additional costs.
As for the discount, you need to read its Terms and Conditions; most of the time a code is provided to be applied at checkout.
