Questions about possible scams
Hello everyone, I’m still an inexperienced seller and I’d like to ask for some clarification about two sales that I should ship today
1. A buyer purchased without making me a lower offer, the item remains both in my list of items for sale and in sold items, is that normal? With eBay shipping I bought a label and the tracking says item shipped but that’s not true, is it an eBay mistake?
2. Another buyer paid without making me a lower offer, and when generating the label (eBay shipping) he didn’t put the name, I asked him for it and he gave me the name, but is it a scam attempt? It’s strange to just forget
Can I ship it or do you think there’s something wrong? Thanks in advance to anyone who replies to me

1. if you're referring to the Nutella jar, you have two of them for sale, so it's normal that it is still active.
2. impossible that the user doesn't have a name, likely a data import error to Packlink.
Unfortunately, if you decided to sell online, you have to factor in any possible problems...
