After purchase
Hello. If after a purchase the seller does not accept returns, I try the product and it doesn't work, what happens? Do I lose the money from the purchase or does eBay refund me?
But isn't there a live chat for eBay support?

Mentore3 years agoYou don't lose the money from the purchase; eBay refunds you if it's an item covered by its protection and if you follow the correct return procedure.
There's a live chat, click on "Help and contact" and follow the instructions.
