I've been waiting since January 7th for the buyer to return the item that they claim wasn't working and for which I said I was willing to issue a refund.I sent the shipping slip to the seller at the beginning of January but, as of today, I haven't received anything, the tracking isn't active, I called the courier who told me that there is no record of any pickup, yet the buyer tells me that he handed the package over to the courier but can't prove it.What should I do besides waiting almost a month for the item to be returned?
