After the appeal for a dispute for today not received eBay rejects the POD
I lost an item not received dispute even though tracking showed the package as delivered, I appealed and provided the POD certifying the delivery, but eBay did not consider it valid even though the shipping address and buyer's name were clearly visible and correct, what do you recommend I do? Is a lawyer or a consumer rights association better?

Mentore2 years agoThe lawyer's fee could be disproportionate to the amount at stake. I personally would start by contacting a consumer association.

OP2 years agoWith a lawyer it will be more expensive but safer, someone will have to pay, maybe it's the only way to put an end to the injustice I am suffering.

Mentore2 years agoAnyway, consumer associations also have their own lawyers, some of them particularly knowledgeable in specific fields.
In any case, if you haven't already done so, clearly communicate your intention to report them for endorsing dishonest behavior on the buyer's part

OP2 years agoI tried to contact a consumer association but they didn't call me back and right now I'm in a real rush and I contacted the lawyer who immediately made himself available, probably he realized that he had suffered an injustice
Thanks for your advice

Mentore2 years agoNo problem, the ideal would be to immediately send eBay a lawyer’s letter; I recommended the consumer association because they have considerable "visibility" at the national level.
