I imported an item from Japan and they shipped with FedEx. On the website I read that customs can also be paid online, but I haven’t received any e-mail or SMS containing the invoice for payment. Can it still be paid online or in this case do I have to pay cash to the courier later? I would prefer, if possible, to do everything online; if I contact customer service can I find a way to do that?
