Hi everyone, my question is simple: after how long can I put an item back up for sale if it’s come back to me?I only ship by registered mail now; it costs a little more, but at least I’m sure it gets to its destination.Basically, I sold an item, I pack the parcel, ship it, give the tracking code to the recipient, and after a month it comes back to me with “recipient unknown” written on it.Of course I contact the buyer right away to let them know and ask if the delivery details were correct; they reply that everything is fine.I ask the postman how to proceed, he gives me the whole procedure and I pass it on to the buyer, who however no longer gets back to me, and this has been the case since June. do you think I can put the item back up for sale?
