After a purchase offer has been accepted, is the buyer obliged to buy the item?
I was made a purchase offer for an item, but the buyer is now saying that it was only an offer and has already gone ahead and bought elsewhere. I’m asking whether, if I accept the purchase offer, the buyer is required to buy at the price they offered me?

Mentore2 years agoIn theory yes, but you can't force him to pay...
You will cancel the sale for just cause and the buyer will receive a warning.
