Double payment for an item
Hello, I placed an order on ebay with paypal on June 8, but having had some problems with the site I made the payment twice. Initially the amount had been reversed by the bank but, at the moment, I see 2 payments again. I contacted the seller who told me he had only received 1, and on ebay I also see only one purchase. On paypal there is also only 1 payment, but the money is still missing from the card. Who should I contact? ebay customer support, paypal or my bank?

Mentore2 years agoIf, starting from Paypal, there is only one purchase, the second charge should just be a pre-authorization.
Check with the card issuer, it should be reversed within a few days.
