Where can I find a return label?

I requested a return but I can't find a label to send the item back. The seller told me that since it's a change of mind, eBay is the one that has to generate it for me. I also went to the label center but the response is: there are no returns that require labels. Can you help me understand what I need to do? Thanks

For the label you have two options:

In the eBay procedure, they give you the return address and you fill out the label yourself and ship with a courier or by mail, then enter the code in the return procedure.
You use the eBay label by purchasing it through Parcel2go .... https://pages.ebay.it/acquistare/restituzioni/ then https://resi.ebay.it/

If it’s a change of mind on your part, you have to buy the label yourself... so you can send the package however you prefer, there’s no need to buy it on eBay, you can go directly to the post office to ship it.

The postal clerk can help you choose the shipping method and with the costs, remember that it will need to be tracked.
