Where do I need to go to ship a return?
I need to send back a return for a damaged item with no shipping costs. Where do I need to take the package? To the post office?

If the reason for the return is non-conformity, the return label must be provided by the seller. You will have to take the parcel to the courier specified, or they will pick it up from your home, depending on the type of service the seller chooses.
