I should refund a buyer but as soon as I enter the card I need to refund to, it tells me that the action was unsuccessful, has this happened to anyone?

Mentore2 years ago…… you can't enter the destination card (ebay takes care of that), but you have to enter the starting one (yours).

Mentore2 years agoYou need to enter the credit card number from which eBay should withdraw the money to pay your customer, so your own card!
It's not really clear which card you enter...
