Drastic reduction in sales
Good evening everyone,
I’m a private user with about 600 items for sale. I have 100% positive feedback.
Until May I was regularly selling 3/4 items a week.
Since then my sales have practically stopped, even though the number of visits has more or less stayed stable.
I noticed that my seller status has worsened because of 6 issues (out of 162 transactions) from the past (but they were all resolved at the time).
Could this be the reason?
How can I fix it and restore my normal status?
Or could there be other reasons for this sales block?
