Questions about activating eBay Promotions.
Good evening,
I wanted to ask for some information regarding activating ad promotions on my professional eBay account (which is not this one), since, having already received some positive feedback and made several sales (albeit few), it still does not give me the option to activate promoted listings on eBay, something I can do on my private account since I have had it for much longer.
From what I understood reading the eBay site, in order to activate promoted listings, you need to have some positive feedback and completed transactions. Is that right or not?
Also, looking at some statistics related to my seller status, I noticed that the next status update should happen on May 20. In your opinion, is that the day they will unlock the listings for me, or are there other prerequisites like I mentioned in the previous question?
I also remember that currently, on the new account, I have fewer than 10 completed sales.

as the rules state, "The standard Sponsored Listings service is available to all sellers Above Standard or Top Rated with sufficient account activity."
To find out what the "sufficient activity" amount is, try contacting support:
