Concerns about unconditional use, free from filters or vetoes, in providing feedback.
Cancellation by Ebay of a FB regularly left after a purchase; for no reason at all, I am just a buyer and have never sold anything. My trust in your company has been lost does this mean that for the strongest sellers you cannot leave non-positive FB???. I am stunned

Mentore3 years agoThe filters are mandatory, you can't just write whatever comes to mind. There are laws that require moderators to set some rules and to remove (at the request of the injured party) any feedback that doesn't limit itself to a mere description of the facts, but instead adds subjective judgments about the seller's behavior.

Mentore3 years agoIf the feedback doesn't meet eBay's rules or is defamatory, sellers who know how to go about it can request its removal.
There's really nothing to be astonished about... to solve problems, feedback is completely useless.
Kind regards.
