Question about a return

Hello! I have a question about returning an item I sold here on the site. The item in question is a PC, almost new, really used only 1 or 2 times. After receiving it, the buyer wrote to me saying there were various signs of wear on the PC, insisting that it was not new but used. They requested a return and I accepted, sending them the shipping label. After I contacted them, they told me that for work reasons it is not possible for them to go to a post office to ship the package, offering me a partial refund. I did not accept because I want my computer back. First they wrote that they were willing to take 50% of the total price, and then 25%. However, looking again at the photos included in the listing and those they left in the negative feedback, I realized that there is a small damage at the input of the audio jack port that I absolutely do not remember and do not see in the photos included in the listing. What could I do in this case?

You can do little or nothing, except hope that he doesn't ship within the time limits set by eBay.
