Question about shipping to Porto Santo, Portugal from Italy

I sold an item and I realized that the Portuguese address I need to ship to is an island off the coast of Morocco. The shipping costs are high compared to shipping to other Portuguese locations on the European mainland, and the user, active since 2020, has over 200 feedback ratings. If I cancel the sale, what could happen to me? I'm also afraid of getting scammed.

If you cancel the sale because of your fault, you get a warning and you risk negative feedback (on top of the fixed 35-cent fee).

The first warning has no effect, but be careful not to get any more.
