Hello everyone,I am a professional seller with years of experience on eBay.I’m reporting a very serious incident that happened to me:A buyer made just one transaction (one, single one), but managed to leave two separate feedback entries for that one purchase (both negative).Order no. 06-13346-40983 – item ID 324854289609.Result: 2 feedbacks published, as if he had bought twice.I reported the problem to support, but the response was surreal:“It’s a personal opinion, it doesn’t violate the rules.”But here we’re not talking about opinions: eBay’s system allows ONLY ONE feedback for each transaction. This is a bug, or an abuse not handled by support.I’m reaching out to anyone who has experienced similar situations: has a “double feedback” ever happened to you on a single sale? What did you do?
