TWO PACKAGES NOT DELIVERED AND THE LYING COURIER SAYS THE RECIPIENT REFUSED THEM

Hello everyone!
I'm briefly describing the scam I suffered from a courier who took on the job of delivering two packages to me coming from France and Germany, foreign courier HERMES DE German, MONDIAL RELAY French, the two shipments arrived after about 4-5 days in ITALY and were entrusted to a rather inadequate courier, called HR PARCEL. From there, as has already happened to me several times before, absurd and unjustifiable problems began.
The two packages that arrived on January 23 in CARPIANO(MI) were moved to FLERO(BS), which is about 25 km from CHIARI(BS), where I live.
The absurd thing is that from 24/1 to today 31/1 the package has always remained stuck in FLERO(BS), where there isn't even an address listed and no one knows who they are. After a few days, since I had paid for the two items on January 12 and 15 and they were supposed to be delivered by January 27, I filed a formal complaint with this company in CARPIANO (MI), but after repeated attempts, I never got a response, neither by phone nor to my complaint emails about the non-delivery of the paid goods. Today, mysteriously, prompted by the foreign couriers HERMES DE and MONDIAL RELAY, they altered the tracking route, marking the package as out for delivery at 8:00 and claiming that I refused to collect the two packages at 15:25, which is absurd, because until 15:20 the tracking showed the goods still stuck in FLERO on 24/01 at 8:06. At 15:25 they placed it in storage in FLERO and at 15:41 they marked both shipments as "returned to sender". As you can see from the times they wrote in the tracking route, it is clearly a scam, the times are too close together and it was something done by the office to avoid delivering the items to me. I have never suffered anything like this in my life and I have been registered on EBAY for 10 years. I was at home, but no one came by and I'm not paying 200 euros to refuse to collect the two deliveries. I am very bitter and I feel cheated by this courier which, according to EBAY operators, seems to be very unreliable. Pietta Alberto
