DVD purchased with shipping for 7 euros and sent by priority mail
Good evening, I just bought a DVD with shipping for 7 euros and the seller sent it to me by untracked priority mail, which I see costs less than two euros; in fact, he has put the same DVD back up for sale (strange) with shipping for 1.90 euros. What should I do?

let's say the seller isn't exactly sharp... it would be enough to know that Priority Mail isn't tracked and so he wouldn't have any proof of delivery...
I'll say no more.
