DVD sold sealed, but the buyer says it doesn't work. What should I do?

Hello.
On January 22 I sell a sealed double-disc DVD from Midnight Factory and a used DVD. On January 27 the package is delivered and then silence.
Yesterday, February 8, the buyer gets back in touch telling me that one of the two DVDs in the sealed box has some little scratches, so he asks me for a small goodwill refund so he doesn’t end up with a bad taste in his mouth.
I, in turn, without asking questions like: send me the photos, or why are you contacting me almost two weeks after delivery, send him a mini refund of 1.50 (that is, the value of the used DVD he had bought together with the sealed one).
Today, February 9, he contacts me again telling me that the disc with the scratches skips in his DVD players and to find a solution (I fear an expensive one).
I asked him which of the two skips, whether the movie or the extras disc, but he hasn’t replied yet.
So what do I do?
I sold everything at a very fair price; on FanFacotory the movie in question new costs 25 + 7 in shipping fees. Whereas I sold everything for 22.50 (new movie, used movie and shipping with Bartolini courier), of which I’ve already lost the shipping costs, plus eBay fees and the mini refund.
So what am I supposed to do? The floor is yours!

Mentore1 year agoHe’s probably taking advantage of the fact that you’re willing to give him partial refunds.
Was the first partial refund made within an eBay procedure? Did he accept it? If so, the case is closed and you’d have nothing to worry about.

OP1 year agoYes. The mini refund of 1.50 happened yesterday through eBay. Everything was in order, the money was deducted from me in a second and he was in turn notified via eBay email, I never dare to make refunds (this is the third mini refund in four years as a seller) outside the rules of this platform. I prefer everything to be in order, especially if any disputes or the like were to arise.
